Making an Appointment

Pension Fund Officers are primarily home workers, so if you wish to meet an officer face to face, you will need to book an appointment. To arrange an appointment please phone the Pension Helpline on 0116 305 7886 (Mon to Friday 9am to 2pm) or see Contact us. Depending on your query, officers might be able to help you over the phone instead, or arrange a Teams call if you prefer. If you hand deliver forms to the Pensions Section, please leave these with County Hall reception colleagues.
