To register for a Member Self-Service account, please provide your Surname, NI Number, Date of Birth and email address. Your Surname must match exactly what is held by our records.

An email with an activation link will be sent to your email address. The email might take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. However, it can take up to 2 days in some circumstances.
